Keep the team close to its community
Product work and community life often happen in separate places. Saibi brings them together: private spaces for the team, open spaces for members, and roles that control who can see and take part. It is an Uppercut Labs product for the people building software and the people who care about it.
Turn a release into a conversation
Teams can bring a GitHub release, commit or merged pull request into an update, explain the change and attach a launch gathering. Code discussions support highlighted snippets, line comments and suggested changes. Members get a place to ask questions and talk to the people behind the work.
Give people reasons to return
Gatherings connect online sessions and in-person meetups with RSVPs and ongoing conversation. Attendance stamps, earned roles and recognition give members a record of their participation. Resolved support questions can become approved shared knowledge, with credit for the people who helped.
Meet Sib, the community support agent
Sib answers from knowledge approved by the team and points members to the source. Questions that need a person can go to the team. That gives the agent a defined role in the community: helping with repeat questions while keeping people involved in support.
Tools that belong inside the workspace
Custom Spaces are in developer preview. A coding agent can build a feedback board, member directory or team tool inside Saibi, where the team can preview it and publish it into a space its members already use.
Where the product is today
Saibi is welcoming waitlist signups. The website's product imagery uses Orbit, an example community. Drop-in voice rooms and other features marked planned remain in development, and billing is not open yet. Explore the live Saibi website for the current preview and access updates.
