What does an AI agent cost for a small business?+
An Agent Build starts at £3,000 (about $3,950) for a single agent with connected tools, permissions and approval steps. Before that, a £1,000 Opportunity Sprint tells you whether it is worth building at all, and the fee comes off the build. Running costs are separate and sit on your own accounts: for a typical internal operator at a 15-person firm that is roughly £50 to £150 a month covering model usage, hosting and knowledge storage. Customer-facing agents on WhatsApp or SMS cost more because those channels bill per conversation.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?+
A chat window has no memory of your business, no access to your systems, no permissions and nobody accountable when it gets something wrong. An operator knows your clients and your process, can act inside the tools you already pay for, asks before it does anything consequential, and is monitored and improved by us.
Do we have to change the tools we already use?+
No. That is the point. We connect to the CRM, inbox, calendar and documents you already run on. If something genuinely cannot be connected we will tell you in the Sprint rather than after you have paid for a build.
How long before it is actually working?+
First Workflow Live is two to three weeks from kick-off to running in production. An Operator Build is four to six. We start with one bounded job rather than promising broad autonomy, because that is what actually gets used.
Will this replace people on our team?+
We do not sell it that way and we will not pitch it that way. The businesses that get the most out of this use the recovered hours on work that grows the company. If the goal is cutting headcount, we are the wrong studio.

Yes. We work with small and medium businesses across the UK and the US, remotely. Pricing is published in both pounds and dollars, and we run to your working hours.
