Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Uppercut Labs collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and details of your enquiry.
We also collect limited, aggregated technical data about how the site is used (such as page views and general device information) through our analytics provider. This is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
- provide and deliver services you request;
- understand and improve how our website performs.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who processes it
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the site and handle enquiries, which may process data on our behalf:
- a form-delivery provider, to receive and route contact-form submissions;
- our hosting and analytics provider, to serve the site and measure usage;
- our email provider, to receive and reply to your messages.
These providers process data under their own terms and security measures.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing or potential working relationship. We delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, or request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@uppercutlabs.co.uk.
