Work.
Three we are happy to be judged on. An AI content system with real users, the debugger we built for AI agents, and a club running on software we wrote.

Heylo
An AI writing tool that never goes off-message.
Churches produce a startling amount of writing every week: bulletins, social posts, small-group guides, sermon support. Generic AI is useless for it, because it does not know what a particular church actually believes, and getting that wrong is worse than writing nothing.
Heylo generates all of it from the church's own ground: their denomination, their Bible translation, their tone of voice. The output arrives already sounding like them, so the work goes from an afternoon to a few minutes without anyone having to police it afterwards.

Forked
A black box recorder for AI agents.
When an AI agent does something unexpected, most teams are stuck guessing. The agent made a chain of decisions, each one shaped by the last, and by the time you notice the problem the moment that caused it is long gone. You cannot ask it to do it again, because it never does exactly the same thing twice.
Forked records everything: every model call, every tool it reached for, every step of the session, in order. Then it lets you rewind to any point in that history and run it forward again down a different path, without disturbing the original recording. You can ask what would have happened if it had chosen differently, and actually find out.
It is the kind of tool you only think to build after you have spent a long time debugging agents that misbehave in production. We built it because we needed it, and we open-sourced it.

Legions Gym
A website with a whole club running behind it.
A serious fight gym in York needed a site that looked the part, and a system behind it that could handle the actual business: memberships, classes, and the coaching team, without any of it living in a spreadsheet.
So we built both. The public site carries the club's identity, and a custom admin portal behind it runs member and team management, wired by API into the tools the club already used so nothing had to be entered twice.

“Ted really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble.”

Bring the idea, or bring the problem. We will tell you which one is worth building first.
